The main purpose of Real Estate Marketing whether through the Search Engine Google, or by using mail-outs, thank you cards, or birthday cards is to sell more homes. Many Realtors are searching and searching for a Golden Goose of Real Estate Marketing. What they have failed to see is if they would turn around and show appreciation to their past customers they would find their customers are the Golden Goose they have been searching for. The key is to learn how to feed the goose to get golden eggs.

All Agel business owners should consider retail sales. This is similar to any traditional business in that you purchase Agel products at wholesale and then turn around and sell them at the suggested retail price. This way you get the difference between the wholesale price and retail price. A good way to develop monthly volume is to encourage your customers to set up autoshipping of your Agel products. This way they will be certain to receive their favorite Agel products every month. Instead of selling single boxes to your customers - having them on autoshipping will generate reliable monthly profits for you. Profits you can expect every month in less they change or stop their autoship order. It's important to understand that these monthly purchases will be counted as part of your commissionable volume. You should also always plan to up-sell your customer. Just like any successful retailer, you should always introduce your customers to other Agel products. It's very possible that they are not aware of the wide variety of Agel products available. Always consider what your Agel customer may need and be prepared to explain the benefits of other Agel products. Always encourage them to try a different product when they place their order. The one tragic mistake that many business owners in any business make is forgetting to check back with their customers. Like I have mentioned before in other posts, having buying customers - lots of customers will create a strong base for your Agel business. Remember that many people may consider buying Agel products because of the quality and results they receive from them, but not everyone is interested in starting an Agel business. You shouldn't immediately assume they want to join your team. Many people jump to quick and try to make their customers business team associates. They may decide eventually to join your Agel business team, but until they do, you should encourage them to remain a loyal customer. Those of you who may never have had a business before may be a little overwhelmed by the process of finding a customer, servicing a customer and up-selling a customer. Selling product to only friends and family will not be enough to sustain a profitable business. You will need to sell a lot of product to a lot of customers to grow your business. Now you may get a few business partners in your down-line who also sell product to their friends and family, but this will not create the strong foundation you need for your business. Selling product to your friends or family maybe (or maybe not) the easy part, but how do find other customers. Not only is this difficult, but it can become very expensive as well. You will need to reach a massive amount of people to find maybe one good customer. Then you need to keep in touch and introduce them to other products while at the same time you work on finding another customer. How will YOU find a steady stream of customers to present your Agel products to on a consistent basis? Should you buy leads and hope they become a customer? Should you talk to everybody 3 feet from you about your products? Should you bug every friend and family member until they become a customer? Should you send postcards? These are all ways you may consider building a strong customer base for your business. But let's face it, some of these methods are very expensive and some of them are downright uncomfortable to do.
